“For over four years we have been servicing and repairing computers for our customers that were bought from discount stores, and we have seen the problems people are having with these lower-end computers which in many cases have almost become ‘disposable’ products when they need repair. As a result we decided to offer upgradeable computers that are built to what the customer needs. And because we use higher quality component parts and scalable motherboards, our computers are better able to keep up with technological changes and also the changing needs of users.”
The Computer Store technicians sit down with every customer and determine what and how they are going to use their computer so they can build a computer for each customer based on exactly what they need. They have a full time staff of certified technicians available for both in-home and off-site service.
